food truck fun!

I've been bit by the food truck bug. Ever since moving back to Nashville, I've been hearing more and more about the local trucks. I've really wanted to try a few but the hours they are open didnt work for my work schedule.

I came upon a food truck festival type thing happening on weekends in February and decided to try it this past Saturday. It was raining so only 2 trucks were there, but we still decided to go.

I chose the Rollin' Smokin' truck which offered different smoked meats (in either taco or sandwich). I got the brisket sandwich and mac-n-cheese! YUM.



Ben chose the Yayos OMG Mexican truck. He got three tacos and said they were good.

I cannot wait to try the other local trucks.

  1. I was introduced to the concept of food trucks on an episode of "America's Next Great Restaurant" and was totally sold on the idea. We just have disgusting ones up here that serve deep fried everything... yuck! P.S. everytime I see your wedding photo I die - that veil of yours... perfection.
