Yum!

Last week my mom and I went to Publix to pick up a few items. Publix is a genius because the first department you enter is their bakery, filled with amazing goodies.

After being good and denying the devil his dessert, we came across the section where they make a recipe and give you samples. The recipe was "Cheesy Seafood Gratin with parmesean green beans". I was too busy scoring $1 liter bottles of Smart Water when my mom got a sample of the dish of the day. She ate it and went on and on about how good it was. Of course, when I went to get a sample they were all out. Boo.

For Valentine's, my mom decided to make the dish. It was probably the most delicous thing I've eaten in a long time.

Here's the recipe....seriously, try it!

Cheesy Seafood Gratin

It says it makes 4 servings, but in my opinion, it makes more than that. We had 3 adults eat it and I took 2 plates to work ( one for my asst) and we still have quite a lot left.

Enjoy!
